This entity is majority-owned by Sumimoto Chemical (80%), with Accenture having the remaining 20%.
Accenture explains that the joint venture will act as a digital innovation engine, leveraging the power of artificial intelligence and data analytics to transform operations and create new business opportunities at Sumimoto Chemical Group.
This will include optimising the supply chain or enabling intelligent automation of operations.
