Accenture: acquisition of LabAnswer now complete.
(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture has said it has completed its acquisition of LabAnswer, a Texas-based research and laboratory informatics technology consulting firm.
The acquisition was first announced in June.
The IT company also announced that Tracey Travis, currently chief financial officer of Estée Lauder, has been appointed to the company's board of directors.
