Vodafone: business division getting new CEO
(CercleFinance.com) - British mobile phone giant Vodafone on Monday said it named Tata's Vinod Kumar to head its business division, with effect from 2 September.
Kumar has been the CEO of Tata Communications, the telecoms arm of Indian conglomerate Tata, since 2011, after joining the company as chief operating officer in 2004.
He succeeds Vivek Badrinath, Vodafone's "Rest of World" CEO, who had been acting as interim CEO of Vodafone Business since March 2019.
