easyJet: Liberum maintains 'sell' despite better trading.
(CercleFinance.com) - Liberum maintains its "sell" rating on easyJet with a target price of 1,100 pence, despite "better short-term trading," the British investment bank said on Friday.
While the low-cost airline has outlined an encouraging short-term outlook, these better short-term trading conditions may not last, Liberum warns in a research note.
In particular, the broker thinks that capacity discipline across the industry may not last until the summer, as Air Berlin's planes are expected to become operational at one point, in addition to the recent increase in fuel prices.
