Dixons Carphone: agrees to sell The Phone House Spain.
(CercleFinance.com) - Dixons Carphone said on Friday that it has entered into an agreement to sell its entire holdings in The Phone House Spain to Bilbao-based IT company Global Dominion Access.
After the deal's completion, Dixons Carphone will receive a consideration of 55 million euros, minus adjustments, payable in two tranches.
The British electrical and telecoms retailer said the proceeds would be reinvested back into the business.
