Mondi: UBS still a buyer, but cuts target
(CercleFinance.com) - UBS reinstates its buy recommendation on Mondi, although has lowered its target price for the share from 2,400 pence to 2,200 pence, meaning upside potential of 21% for the share of the packaging manufacturer that is originally from South Africa.
In its research note, the broker explains that it is adopting a more "conservative" view on the prices of packaging cartons and is hence reducing its EPS estimates, while judging Mondi's value "convincing".
