bp: signs multi-year workplace deal with Jones Lang LaSalle
(CercleFinance.com) - bp has signed a multi-year deal with Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the world's largest commercial real-estate services firms, to redesign its workplace environment, the companies said on Tuesday.
Under the terms of the deal, JLL - which has worked with bp for over a decade now - will provide real estate portfolio management services across 200 sites from January 2021.
Workplace management will be launched in phases, with preparations underway for the first phase to be launched in spring 2021, JLL said.
"This agreement will create the modern sustainable workplace environment bp needs to support its transformation to an integrated energy company", Jones Lang LaSalle said.
JLL said it will also provide real estate services to support bp's pledge to become a net zero carbon company.
