Diageo: completes sale of Guinness Cameroon to Castel
(CercleFinance.com) - Diageo today announced that it has completed the sale of Guinness Cameroon, its brewery in Cameroon, to the Castel group, as announced on 14 July 2022.
Castel will take over the production and national distribution of Guinness in Cameroon under a licence and royalty agreement, reflecting Diageo's efficient and flexible beer operating model.
