(CercleFinance.com) - On 25 May 2023, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that it had exceeded the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Euroapi and held, on behalf of the said clients and funds, 5.
11% of Euroapi's capital and voting rights.
The thresholds were crossed as a result of an increase in the number of Euroapi shares held as collateral.
