Verallia: option to receive dividend in shares
(CercleFinance.com) - Glass packaging company Verallia has said that its AGM has approved a dividend of 0.
85 euro per share and has decided to offer each shareholder the option between receiving payment in cash or in new shares, at an issue price of 22.94 euros (its share closed at 26.3 euros yesterday).
The option exercise period will run from 17 June to 6 July inclusive. The dividend will be paid on 9 July; on the same date, shares will be delivered to those who have chosen to receive the dividend payment in shares.
