Unibail-Rodamco: sells five French shopping centres
(CercleFinance.com) - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield announced on Friday evening the signing of an exclusive agreement to form a strategic partnership with Crédit Agricole Assurances and real estate manager La Française on a portfolio of five French shopping centres worth a total of two billion euros.
Under the terms of the agreement, the real estate group has granted the consortium formed by Crédit Agricole's insurance subsidiary and the asset manager an exclusive period relating to the acquisition of a 54.2% stake of a joint venture holding the centres of Aéroville, So Ouest, Alma, Toison d'Or and Confluence.
The deal is expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter, Unibail-Rodamco says.
