CGG: Norges Bank increases stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Norges Bank has informed the AMF that on 2 July 2019 it raised its stake in CGG to above the thresholds of 5% of its capital and voting rights and that it now holds 35,556,793 CGG shares, representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 5.01% of the group's capital and voting rights.
The crossing of these thresholds results from the receipt of CGG shares held as collateral.
