CGG: Goldman Sachs raises stake above 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Goldman Sachs Group has informed the AMF that, indirectly through the companies it controls, on 26 April, it increased its stake above the 5% thresholds of capital and voting rights in CGG.
Goldman Sachs now indirectly holds 5.09% of CGG's capital and voting rights.
The crossing of these thresholds results from an OTC purchase of CGG shares.
