Valeo: Blackrock stake falls below 5% of VR.
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, has informed the AMF that on 31 August its stake in Valeo has fallen below the threshold of 5% of Valeo's voting rights (VR).
The company currently holds, on behalf of its clients and funds, 12,089,618 Valeo shares, the same number of voting rights, or 5.06% of Valeo's capital and 4.95% of its voting rights.
This crossing of this threshold results from a sale of Valeo shares on the market and a decrease in the number of Valeo shares held as collateral.
