(CercleFinance.com) - Europcar has announces completing the acquisition of the Group Buchbinder, one of the largest vehicle rental companies in Germany, following the go-ahead received from competition authorities.
The Buchbinder acquisition will position the vehicle rental group as a leader in Germany, its largest market, particularly in Vans & Trucks.
Buchbinder will also offer Europcar a strategic platform to attract an additional German and Austrian customer base and develop in Eastern Europe.
