(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday evening Europcar announced the acquisition of the company Lor'rent.
This company has been a major franchise of Europcar France since 1980 in the Lorraine region. It has 8 branches that are distributed between Vosges, Moselle and Meurthe and Moselle.
Lor'rent has a fleet of about 500 vehicles and generated revenue of approximately 4 million euros in 2016.
Didier Fénix, CEO of Europcar France said that after the acquisitions of Locaroise and EuropHall, this new acquisition enables Europcar France to optimise its network and strengthens its direct presence in eastern France.
