(CercleFinance.com) - Spie Switzerland has won a call to tender for the implementation of new unified communications solutions and a contact centre for Energie Wasser Bern (EWB).
Energie Wasser Bern plans to upgrade its associated telecommunication systems and contact centre solutions to meet the company's future communications needs.
The group said that by the end of October 2019, telecommunications solutions and the contact centre, control centres, customer centres and existing service chains will be fully replaced by the new integrated solution.
