Spie: renews contract with Commerzbank
(CercleFinance.com) - Spie has announced that Commerzbank will continue to entrust it with the technical facility management of its central Frankfurt site, under a new contract that will take effect on 1 October 2018, which is scheduled to last six years and three months.
The French multi-technical services provider has managed this property complex since its construction in 2001 and guarantees the constant availability of all technical installations.
With a total area of 105,000 m2, this service centre complex is home to 700 workstations, a printing centre, one of the largest trading rooms in Europe and an IT centre, the group said.
