Elis: completes acquisition of Metropolitana
(CercleFinance.com) - Elis announced on Wednesday evening that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Metropolitana S.
A.S. in Colombia.
Metropolitana has two plants in the capital Bogota, which are dedicated to operators in the healthcare, industrial and hotels sectors. As a family-owned company, it generated sales of around four million euros in 2017.
On the one hand, this acquisition will densify Elis' existing network in the area of Bogota, and on the other will enable it to develop in the hotels and industrial sectors, areas where to date it had less presence.
