Worldline: Italy's CREDEM bank launches CRISTAL solution
(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline announces that CREDEM, one of the top Italian private banks, has successfully launched the Target2 payment exchange via Worldline's CRISTAL Payment and Liquidity Hub software package.
CREDEM is preparing for the T2-T2S Consolidation project initiated by the European Central Bank (ECB). The T2-T2S Consolidation project is an ECB project which aims to optimise cash management and migrate Large Transfers to ISO 20022.
CREDEM has therefore switched the processing of Large transfers in euros (VGM) to CRISTAL Proactive Liquidity Manager.
With CRISTAL, CREDEM is thereby implementing an infrastructure enabling it to control liquidity risks, the group said.
