Elior: postal vote recommended for AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - In accordance with instructions from the French government and health authorities, mass catering group Elior invites those of its shareholders who had planned to attend its AGM, scheduled for this Friday 20 March, to vote by mail or to give a proxy to the meeting's chairman.
Shareholders who have requested an admission card can still vote by post or give a proxy. For this purpose, an email must be sent without delay and in all cases before 3 pm on 19 March (Paris time).
From 9 am on Friday, a presentation by Elior's CEO of Elior's business over the year ended will be broadcast on the catering company's website.
