Elior: considers sale of concession business
(CercleFinance.com) - Elior Group has announces a review of its strategic options relating to its concession catering activities which are grouped together within its subsidiary Areas, a review that could result in Areas' separation from the rest of the group.
However, the services group states that this review may or may not result in an operation and that it remains fully concentrated on executing the Elior Group 2021 plan as a way to create value, irrespective of the result of this process.
Elior also confirms that the preliminary results for the 2017-2018 financial year are in line with its targets, and announces net debt of approximately 1.8 billion euros as at 30 September, meaning leverage of 3.6 times.
