Elior Group: acquisition in the US
(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Monday Elior Group announced the acquisition of Bateman Community Living, a subsidiary of the Compass Group.
This deal will enable the catering and services company to strengthen its position in the US in the field of food for seniors.
Bateman Community Living is specialised in delivering meals to seniors, at home or in care homes. The company has 550 employees and 200 customers. In 2017 it generated revenues of approximately 70 million dollars.
