Elior Group: appoints new financial director
(CercleFinance.com) - Elior Group today announces the appointment of Esther Gaide as CFO, reporting to CEO Philippe Guillemot and member of the catering and services group's executive committee.
Esther Gaide succeeds Olivier Dubois, who is leaving Elior Group to pursue various personal projects elsewhere. In addition, the new director is a member of Eutelsat Group's Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
She joined Technicolor (formerly Thomson) in 2011 as a Group Controller. She was appointed deputy-CFO in 2012, and became CFO and Executive Committee member in 2015.
