SFR Group: buyout offer starts.
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the public buyout offer filed by BNP Paribas and JP Morgan on behalf of Altice France SA, will be open from 21 September to 4 October inclusive, and that the squeeze-out will occur on 9 October.
On behalf of the offeror, Exane BNP Paribas will acquire, on the market, the shares that will be tendered to the public buyout offer, on the basis of a purchase order at the offering price covering all of the shares not held by the Altice Group.
The negotiation costs related to the public buyout offer will be borne by the sellers.
