SFR: deputy CEO to leave.
(CercleFinance.com) - SFR Group, the telecom operator and subsidiary of Altice, has announced that Michel Paulin, its deputy CEO has decided to step down for personal reasons.
Michel Combes, CEO of Altice and CEO of SFR Group, will continue with the SFR Executive Committee and the support of the Altice Group, to transform the company and restore SFR's operational performance.
In addition, Michel Combes has entrusted Alain Weill, CEO of Altice's Media activities and CEO of SFR Media, with the task of preparing, with him, the integration of telecom and media assets following the takeover of NextRadioTV.
