Edenred: finalises contract with Itaú
(CercleFinance.com) - Edenred announces that it has finalised the exclusive partnership agreement between Ticket Serviços, its subsidiary dedicated to employee benefits in Brazil, and Itaú Unibanco, the largest privately owned bank in Brazil.
Following the necessary prior approvals from the Brazilian central bank and the competition authorities, this contract was finalised in accordance with the agreement signed and announced on 5 September 2018.
From now on, Itaú Unibanco will exclusively distribute the benefits solutions to Edenred employees in Brazil, reinforcing its existing sales processes and locally accelerating its growth in the high-potential employee benefits market.
