Edenred: future international HQ in Issy-les-Moulineaux
(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina has said that prepaid service vouchers group Edenred has taken a lease for the offices of its next international headquarters in “Be Issy,” a building that belongs to Gecina, which is found in Issy-les-Moulineaux, near Paris.
This new lease, which will take effect on 1 December 2019, adds to the lease that has already been signed on this building with the company Séqens. This transaction means that 65% of this building has now been leased, Gecina says.
Delivered in the second half of 2018, Be Issy is easy to access by public transport, in addition to the future metro line of Grand Paris Express in 2025. It is one of the first office blocks to benefit from the BEPOS label (positive energy building).
