Suez: finalises sale of 20% of Suez Water Resources
(CercleFinance.com) - Suez has announced that it on 1 March 2019 it finalised the sale of 20% of Suez Water Resources Inc.
, the parent company of all regulated water activities in the US.
The transaction amounted to 601 million dollars, fully paid for in cash.
This deal follows the agreement signed on 25 July 2018 with PGGM, a Dutch pension fund manager.
