Suez: 7.5% organic growth in 9-month EBIT
(CercleFinance.com) - Suez has published EBIT to 30 September 2018 of 963 million euros, including organic growth of +7.
5% (+4.4% in gross terms), for a 9 month sales of 12,697 million euros, with organic growth of +3.8% (+13% in gross terms).
This performance in sales has mainly been boosted by Water Technologies Solutions (+6.9% in organic terms) and an improvement of water in Europe (+1.5% in organic terms), because of better weather conditions in the third quarter.
In view of the additional contribution from new businesses in the industrial water sector, the dynamics of all divisions and the action plan that was decided at the beginning of the year, the utilities group has confirmed its outlook for 2018.
