Suez: contract for a water system in India
(CercleFinance.com) - Suez has announced that it has signed the contract for the rehabilitation and operation of the drinking water system in the city of Davanagere (500,000 inhabitants), a project that will last 12 years and which will amount to 70 million euros.
The contract provides for the rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of the three drinking water production plants with a capacity of 120,000 m3/day, the distribution system and the construction of a new distribution network.
It also sets targets for improvements in the performance of the network performance, water quality and customer service through the establishment of a call centre and customer service centres.
