Eurotunnel: new traffic records in June
(CercleFinance.com) - In June, Getlink (formerly Eurotunnel) recorded passenger shuttle traffic that rose by 4% y-o-y to 236,935 passenger vehicles transported.
Meanwhile, Shuttle Freight traffic transported rose by 0.5% last month, meaning +3% over the first half. The channel tunnel operator said that “Eurotunnel Le Shuttle Freight has achieved a historic half-year establishing a new record with more than 845,000 trucks transported since 1 January.”
