Rexel: new CEO in September 2021
(CercleFinance.com) - Rexel has announced that Patrick Berard will step down as its CEO on 1 September 2021, to be replaced by Guillaume Texier, who will join the group from Saint-Gobain, where he held a number of senior management positions.
Patrick Berard has agreed to stay on until 1 March 2022 to work alongside Guillaume Texier and ensure a smooth transition in the implementation of the electrical distribution group's strategic roadmap.
In his latest position, he was Senior Vice-President, CEO Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa Region. Prior to that, he was Group CFO from 2016 to 2018.
