Rexel: approves dividend at AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - Rexel has announced that its combined general shareholders' meeting has approved all resolutions, including the payment of a dividend of 0.
44 euro per share, representing 41% of its recurrent net income, in line with the group's policy.
This dividend will be fully paid in cash. The group has set the detachment date as 3 July on the regulated market of Euronext Paris, with a payment on 5 July.
Shareholders also approved the appointment of François Auque as director and renewed the terms of office of Agnès Touraine and Elen Phillips for four years. François Auque joins the Audit and Risks Committee, where he becomes the Chairman.
