Rexel: successful E600m bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday evening Rexel group announced that it has issued 600 million euros of senior unsecured bonds that are refundable in 2026, which can be reimbursed at Rexel's discretion as from March 2022.
"This issuance will allow Rexel to enhance its financial structure by extending its debt maturity profile and reducing its overall cost of financing," the group said.
