Rexel: Blackrock holding exceeds 5% of capital.
(CercleFinance.com) - A notice published yesterday by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers detailed the statement that on 28 June, the New York asset management giant BlackRock had exceeded the 5% threshold of Rexel's capital and voting rights.
This resulted from share purchases OTC and on the market, in addition to the increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
On this date, and on behalf of the funds under its management and its clients, BlackRock held 5.11% of Rexel's shares and voting rights of the professional electrical equipment distributor.
