Scor: new CFO appointed
(CercleFinance.com) - Scor announces the appointment of François de Varenne, its interim Chief Executive Officer from 26 January to 30 April, as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Ian Kelly, who is leaving the group to pursue new professional opportunities.
A member of the Executive Committee with responsibility for investments, technologies, transformation and corporate finance, François de Varenne retains the scope of his former duties, to which he has now been added, with immediate effect, as Chief Financial Officer.
François has successfully managed the Group on an interim basis over the last three months. He knows the company intimately and has a perfect command of the financial mechanisms of all our business lines, the reinsurer's CEO said.
