ADP: Augustin de Romanet proposed as chairman and CEO
(CercleFinance.com) - Aéroports de Paris (ADP) has said that its Board of Directors, which met yesterday (20 May), has decided to propose to the President of France, the appointment of Augustin de Romanet as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the group.
Augustin de Romanet will be interviewed by the relevant committees of the French National Assembly and Senate on Wednesday 22 May, who will vote on this proposal. He is currently the group's interim Chairman CEO by decision of the Minister of Economy and Finance.
