ADP: passenger traffic slips 1.2% in April

(CercleFinance.com) - Paris Aéroports traffic slipped 1.
2% y-o-y in April 2018, with 8.7 million passengers welcomed, including 5.8 million at Paris-Charles de Gaulle (-3.5%) and 3.0 million at Paris-Orly (+3.6%).

In April this year traffic was impacted by numerous strikes, which resulted in Paris Aéroport losing an estimated 400,000 passengers.

Traffic to Europe (except France) fell by 1.2 %, while traffic to France fell by 5.7%.

International traffic (excluding Europe) rose slightly (+0.6%), while traffic to Latam (-9.0%) and North America (-4.2%) saw falls.

Since the start of 2018, traffic at Paris Aéroport has risen by 2.3%, with a total of 31.5 million passengers.
