ADP: finalises funding for Ravinala Airports.
(CercleFinance.com) - ADP has announced that the concessions operator Ravinala Airports, which has been formed by ADP (35% of capital), Bouygues (20%) and Colas and Meridiam (45%), has sealed the funding of the firm investment program with a consortium of five international banks.
Since 23 December 2016, Ravinala Airports has the operated international airports of Ivato in Antananarivo and Fascène in Nosy Be, under a 28-year concession contract signed with the Government of Madagascar.
Both these airports respectively welcomed 845,000 and 147,000 passengers in 2016. They are expected to benefit from an average annual increase in passenger traffic of over 5% in the next few years.
