Arkema: BlackRock raises stake above 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 23 January 2020, it raised its stake in the chemist Arkema's capital to above the threshold of 5% and that it now holds 5.
11% of the group's capital and 4.52% of its voting rights.
The US asset management giant says that the crossing of this threshold results from the purchase of shares, both on the market and OTC, in addition to an increase in the number of Arkema shares held as collateral.
