Ipsen: positive data to be presented at ESPGHAN
(CercleFinance.com) - Ipsen announces that new data from its rare disease portfolio will be presented at the European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutritions (ESPGHAN) annual meeting in Vienna from 17 to 20 May.
The six data presentations will demonstrate the efficacy and tolerability of Bylvay as a potential treatment for Alagille syndrome (AS), a cholestatic disease, and progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis (PFIC).
The pharmaceutical company states that they will provide evidence of rapid, sustained and significant improvements in pruritus and sleep, as well as a decrease in serum bile acid (SBA) levels.
