EDF: signs contracts in US
(CercleFinance.com) - EDF Renewables announced on Tuesday evening the signing of contracts for the sale of electricity on a project of five solar power stations (Jacksonville 5 Solar) in the United States, in the state of Florida, along with the commissioning of the wind farm of Stoneray (100 MW), in the state of Minnesota.
The company said that these projects will help it reach targets set in its strategy entitled Cap 2030, which aims to double EDF's renewable energy capacity worldwide between 2015 and 2030, bringing this to 50 GW net.
