EDF: EDF Renewables takes 50% of Entersolar Capital
(CercleFinance.com) - EDF Renewables North America and EnterSolar today announce the conclusion of a strategic partnership which entails EDF Renewables taking a 50% in EnterSolar's capital.
This partnership builds on EDF Renouvelables' experience in renewable energies, storage and decentralised solar solutions for C&I customers internationally, as well as on EnterSolar's solid 12-year history in the development of photovoltaic solar energy projects, EDF said.
As part of the agreement, EDF Renewables provides EnterSolar with the capital required for its growth, as well as additional project financing capacity.
