Alstom: acquires the company Ibre
(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom has announced the acquisition of Ibre, a company that is specialised in the development, manufacture and supply of iron and steel brake discs for high-speed, interurban, regional, suburban, trams and metro trains.
Ibre reported 2019 sales of around 10 million euros, with over half of its sales with French clients, for OE, along with replacements. Its remaining sales were made with Austrian, Australian, Belgian, Scandinavian, British, Indian and German clients.
