Alstom: Berenberg maintains 'Buy' rating, ups target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Berenberg reinstates its "buy" rating on the Alstom share and raises its target price from 42 euros to 48 euros, expecting that the transport equipment manufacturer will post EPS growth of 12% p.

In his research comments, the German broker highlights, "a global industrial environment where share prices have materially decoupled from dwindling leading indicators".
In this context, it recommends investors "to own backlog-driven business models with a high degree of visibility and self-help," with it saying that "Alstom fits that bill perfectly".
