Alstom: wins E170m contract with Bourgogne-Franche-Comté
(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom announced on Friday evening that it has signed a contract with the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region to supply another 16 Coradia Polyvalent trains.
"These trains have a total capacity of 355 seats and offer passengers an “Intercité” style interior design with an excellent level of comfort thanks to large windows, indirect interior lighting, reclining seats with arm rests, an electric socket and a coat hook," Alstom said.
The region has already ordered 24 electric trains, 18 of which have already been delivered.
