Engie: in talks to takeover Pierre Guérin

Based in Niort, Pierre Guérin employs nearly 400 people and is one of the four world leaders in biotechnology-related processes. It has a leading position in Europe in the agri-food industry and pharmaceuticals.
Through this transaction, Endel Engie intends to accelerate its growth in two priority industrial sectors that have high growth potential, i.e. agri-food and life sciences (pharmaceuticals and biotechnologies).
