Engie: now holds 51% of EPS' capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Electro Power Systems (EPS) announced after trading on Thursday the final completion of Engie's acquisition of a majority stake of 51% in its capital and voting rights, in accordance with what was announced on 24 January.
The acquisition was subject to customary conditions precedent, which has now been met.
The transaction has been made at a price of 9.5 euros per share and will be followed at the end of the month by a simplified obligatory takeover bid at the same price.
