Engie: develops operations in Mexico.
(CercleFinance.com) - Engie has reinforced its presence in the Mexican energy market by winning four projects during the call to tender for long-term power, which has been organised by Mexico's National Center of energy control (CENACE).
This project will mean the provision of 687.8 MW of renewable energy, along with an investment of 580 million dollars to develop these four new projects that it has won.
Isabelle Kocher, Engie's CEO said that by 2020, Engie Mexico will invest nearly 800 million dollars in the production of renewable energy, with a capacity of about 900 MW.
